FAQs

  • Absolutely! We have 5 guides out there riding each day which gives us the ability to split up into 3-5 groups on each ride, depending on the group. Every rider can accomplish their own personal goals on the bike and never feel like they have to wait around for too long -or- feel as if they are holding anyone up. Having a large variety of riding styles on our trips always seems to be one of the most special touches about it. Best part of every day is gathering together over a cold beverage and sharing stories of the day!

  • We've designed each ride day for every style of rider to make sure everybody gets what they want out there. Shorter/easier miles and longer/harder mile options for each ride. You'll always have a buddy to ride with whether you are going long or short :)

  • With our incredible guide team, the most important thing you need is a good attitude. Everyone comes on our trips with different levels of fitness and our team is large enough that we are able to take good care of all fitness abilities during our rides. If you want to learn more, please don't hesitate to contact us and we can walk you through it all.

  • Our team of 5 checks the boxes for every style of rider and enables each rider to accomplish their own goals on the bike for the day. Most days, groups will complete the ride between 1-2 hours apart from each other, depending! It's amazing to be able to support everyone out there and make sure nobody feels rushed or like they have to wait around.

  • Yes. We take this very seriously and it's our Chef's honor to make sure you feel taken care of during each meal. Please be in touch with us directly about your exact needs and we will make sure you are taken care of.

  • Most of trips have 7-16 guests

  • We always recommend traveling with your own bike because you'll feel more at home on that. We highly recommend getting a good tune up before shipping or flying with it on our trips! Our mechanic will take great care of it during your time with us and it will likely go home in better condition then when you arrived. If you don't own the correct bike for a trip of ours, renting is an awesome option! Also, for some of our European trips we do recommend renting.

  • We'll send a guide out with anyone who would like a head start in the morning a bit early, the rest of the group will leave a bit later, and our support vehicle will leapfrog us throughout the day to make sure we have everything we need at all times. We usually all make it to our picnic lunch at the same time and from there, we all begin making our way back around the loop for the day! Our team of 5 guides will split up for the day, making sure you are all riding your own ride and accomplishing your own personal goals.
